COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers,

During this unprecedented time, we have decided to make the following adjustments to our operations to do our part in serving our team, customers and community.

We continue to process and ship new online orders as usual. Although we are working hard to ensure orders are delivered on time, please bare with us as we have reduced labour in order to promote physical distancing.

Our showroom will be closed until April 6, 2020. We are offering virtual showroom tours via video calls. Book your virtual showroom tour here.

Return pickups and white glove deliveries have been postponed. Our 30 day return period has been extended by 14 days and will be extended further should return pickups commence at a later date than expected. However, the item(s) must still remain in unused condition, unassembled and in original packaging.

Our customer care team is working remotely and remains available every day from 9am to 9pm EST.
