Great experience in the showroom! Rupika was very helpful and responsive with email correspondence. There are lots of customization and fabric options to choose from. The ordering, delivery and installation process was extremely seamless! We are very happy with the finished product!
Amazing couch. Quality is superb and the Nimbus is as comfy as I dreamed about it. The sage velvet is gorgeous, and so soft. Already had one animal related mess and it was easily cleaned, without staining. Worth the investment.

We chose C&B for the quality materials they use and we were updated on progress pictures throughout the making, until shipping and delivery. The couch is super comfortable and the talk of our living space!

Absolutely LOVE my Santana king bed! I got it made in bouclé and it’s perfect for my bedroom. Also shoutout to the delivery team for making it a seamless experience! Knowing they make beds and other custom furniture in house locally, I will definitely be coming back for more.

I had a great experience at Candace and Basil Toronto. I purchased end tables and a dresser as we as the Celine XL King bed. Anna was very helpful and made sure it was made to accommodate our adjustable bed bases. The end result is a gorgeous bedroom!

I love our beautiful King Clarissa custom bed! It’s a statement piece in our bedroom. Not only it’s a gorgeous bed to look at but it’s built to perfection. I love how strong and sturdy this bed is. The material is great too and easy to clean. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and their service. This bed is worth every penny. I highly recommend it .

Fabulous experience with Candace and Basil in Toronto, and it worked out perfectly as we were moving to Victoria BC, and it was great that they came and met the moving truck on moving day and everything fit in the truck perfectly and it all worked out ….then we put it together in Victoria and it’s beautiful and very comfortable and we love it❤️
I recently purchased the custom Clarissa bed from Candace and Basil through their online platform, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Ordering was a breeze on their website, and we were eagerly awaiting our new bed. The bed is absolutely phenomenal! The quality is top-notch; it’s firm, well-built, sturdy, and incredibly easy to clean. We have zero complaints! We’re absolutely in love with our new bed :)

I had an exceptional experience with Candace & Basil. We got a beautiful custom Stanton love seat and their famous Clarissa bedframe that fit perfectly into our space and looked amazing. I absolutely love the bed we ordered from Candace and Basil. We had to order a custom king bed due to narrow stairways up to our bedroom, and I am floored by how beautiful this bed turned out. Amazing quality and shipped on time! It took 2 of us to assemble but it was easy to do. We ordered Natural fabric which is more of sand colour vs linen, but still beautiful.
I questioned myself about ordering a platform bed online and even more so from across the country and one my husband and I would have to put together. There was nothing locally that measured up to the design of the Clarissa platform bed. It was delivered and packaged well that each piece was in perfect shape. We unpackaged it and it was very easy for the two of us to put together in one afternoon. This is a solid piece of furniture and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Gorgeous
OMG am I in SHOCK at how amazing this sofa is!! It is the nicest thing I have ever sat on. Looks amazing too, photo doesn’t really get that across. Modern without being one of those horribly uncomfortable and utilitarian type couches. It’s honestly beautiful. The leather—which is actually this high-quality non-scratch fake leather—is BUTTER soft.
Purchased a custom Paloma sofa and it was worth the wait! We couldn’t be happier with how well constructed and beautiful it is. We worked with Anna at the downtown location and she was always attentive and helpful, a true pleasure to deal with.

This bed is MADE IN CANADA, and is incredibly well built. You can seriously tell the difference in quality between this and another off-the-shelf piece of furniture. It was shipped to us from Mississauga in three separate parcels, and it was very easy to assemble.
Candace & Basil helped create a beautiful new look with this custom king bed frame below. I'm in love! The linen fabric is a warm white and the untufted look gives it a clean, sophisticated look.

We needed a very specific measurement for our couch and found this store that makes custom furniture, and we’re so glad we did. The entire process was great and felt very personalized from start to finish. Communication from the team was excellent the whole way through and the owner himself reaches out with any updates or questions that they may have to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. They’re truly able to accommodate whatever you want, which is such a plus. The materials are high quality and the end product is absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier.

We went to Candace and Basil to get a custom size mattress, bed frame and bedding for our new home. They were really knowledgeable, gave great advice and offered a wide selection of materials and designs. It was ready on schedule ( which is rare with custom furniture) and we love it! I would highly recommend!
