Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, configurations, sizing, fabrics and finishes; preparing quotes and orders; following up with prospective customers; and maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom. We are looking for someone personable, design-minded and confident working with customers on higher-value purchases. |
| Sales Associate – Toronto (Mon-Fri) | Help customers create furniture tailored to their homes through our extensive customization options. Responsibilities include guiding customers through furniture styles, dimensions, configurations, fabrics, finishes and comfort options; preparing quotes and orders; following up with leads and existing customers; and providing a high level of service throughout the purchasing process. A strong interest in furniture, interiors or design is an asset. |
| Production & Operations Manager – Mississauga (Mon-Fri) | Oversee the day-to-day operation of our furniture production facility and ensure orders move efficiently from production through completion. Responsibilities include production planning and scheduling, managing and coordinating production staff, monitoring order timelines, overseeing quality control, coordinating materials and supplies, resolving production issues, improving workflow and efficiency, and working closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on management role for someone who is organized, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. |
