We’ll craft your sofa using all-natural materials, from a solid hardwood frame with no adhesives to cushion fill and fabric selected entirely by you.
Solid Hardwood Frame
Oak, maple, walnut, or a species of your choosing — always solid wood. We won't substitute plywood, MDF, particleboard, or any engineered lumber.
Zero Adhesives
Joints are cut and pegged by hand using mortise-and-tenon and dowel joinery, so the frame holds together without a trace of glue or resin.
Organic Latex Foam
Seat cores are poured from rubber-tree latex with no synthetic additives mixed in, giving you support that breathes and breaks down naturally over time.
Cushion Fill Options
Pick pure down-feather — never a poly blend — or go with organic kapok cotton, a lightweight plant fibre that's naturally hypoallergenic.
Cotton Batting
Raw cotton batting wraps each cushion for softness and insulation, with no polyester wadding and no added flame-retardant chemicals.
Natural Fibre Fabrics
Cover it in linen, hemp, wool, or organic cotton. Left undyed or finished with plant-based dye, whichever you'd rather have.
