Description

Insurance for a rainy day. Secure extra yardage from the same dye lot of your order. Tough stains, tears, wear and tear can happen over the lifetime of your investment. Extra fabric can be tucked away and sewn into the needed component at a later date.

Quantity selection guideline for couches: 

  • Typically, stains and wear and tear will be more prominent on seat cushions
  • A single seat or back cushion can require 1.5-2 yards each

*Labour is not included. For the extra yardage to be a dye lot match to your order, it must be ordered at the same time.

Shipping

  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by region.
  • Before your order arrives, we’ll reach out by email to coordinate a delivery date or share tracking details—depending on the item and your location.
  • You’ll also have the option at checkout to upgrade to white glove delivery for an elevated, worry-free experience.

Returns

  • If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and packaged in the original box.
  • Return shipping fees will apply, but you’re always welcome to bring approved returns directly to our Mississauga warehouse at no charge.
  • Kindly note that made-to-order and custom pieces, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, and mattresses are final sale.
Warranty

This item includes a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. If an issue arises within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair the item, provide replacement parts, or replace the product at their discretion. Any items that arrive visibly damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by irregular use, wear and tear, or accidental damage. Replacement parts or units carry the remaining balance of the original 1-year warranty.

To request service, customers must contact Candace & Basil, who will coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the issue and appropriate solution. Warranty coverage applies to the original delivery address, and eligibility for a new address must be confirmed in the event of a move, as some remote regions fall outside available service areas.
