The Nimbus Sofa series is covered by a limited warranty covering defects in seams, foams, filling, wooden frame, and springs under normal residential use. If any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace them at no cost. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This policy reflects our commitment to providing durable and long-lasting furniture that you can trust and enjoy for years to come.

- Before your order arrives, we’ll reach out by email to coordinate a delivery date or share tracking details—depending on the item and your location.
- You’ll also have the option at checkout to upgrade to white glove delivery for an elevated, worry-free experience.
Returns
- If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and packaged in the original box.
- Return shipping fees will apply, but you’re always welcome to bring approved returns directly to our Mississauga warehouse at no charge.
- Kindly note that made-to-order and custom pieces, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, and mattresses are final sale.
