Yet the true subject of the piece is not the crowd, but the quiet resolve to rise above it. The sunglasses serve a deeper purpose: they obscure the eyes (the windows to the soul) reminding us that we can never truly know what others are thinking or feeling. Their judgments are shaped by unseen biases, and their opinions are often projections. To succeed, one must learn to ignore the noise and trust their own vision.
